1.Main Application

The machine can mix and dry the powder, crystal material and granule material in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry, metallurgy industry, construction, etc. It can also be used for the concentration of the liquor, disinfection and germicide of the material. The moisture of the material can be dried to be lower than 0.5%.

The machine can save energy sources with low labor and high efficiency, and it only needs 2-4 hours to dry the material (<100% humidity).

This machine is suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries powder, granular and fibrous material concentration, mixing, drying and low moisture drying materials (such as biochemical products, etc.), more suitable for easy oxidation, volatile, heat sensitive strong stimulation, Toxic materials and materials that are not allowed to break the crystals.

2. Working Principle

Put the material in the vacuum and heat the material indirectly by the fixture coat. When dried, it rotates slowly, and refreshes the heating surface continuously to enhance the dry speed. The vacuum pump can absorb the moisture continuously and the steam impregnate can be reclaimed by the cooler.

In the closed sandwich through the heat energy (such as hot water, low pressure steam or heat transfer oil), the heat through the inner shell to the dry material. In the power-driven, the tank for the slow rotation, the contents of the tank are constantly mixed, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening the dry.

Material in a vacuum state, the vapor pressure drop on the surface of the material moisture (solvent) to saturation and evaporation, and timely discharge by the vacuum pump recovery. Material within the water (solvent) continue to surface penetration, evaporation, discharge, the three processes continue, the material in a very short period of time to achieve the purpose of drying.

3. Feature

1. Oil heating, the use of automatic temperature control, you can dry biochemical products and mineral raw materials, the temperature can be between 20-160 ℃, temperature ± 2 ℃ or less.

2. High thermal efficiency, than the average oven to improve more than 2 times.

3. Indirect heating, the material will not be contaminated, in line with "GMP" requirements. Equipment maintenance is simple, easy to clean.
